  1. Watch the video, How Body Language Shapes Your Life. Actively listen to the video and take notes using a technique learned in the text, either Corrnell or Mind Map Method (p. 71-72). Share the method you used and whether or not you will think it will be helpful.

  4. In text, instant messaging, etc., we can't see body language, so how to we "actively listen" to these forms of communication?
